U of M!

So I know I haven't been updating lately but I have been super busy! Tonight was one of the few nights that I didn't have any homework or a test to study for!! So I decided I would update on some not so new information, but something I am super excited about! I have decided to attend The University of Montevallo as  a full time student this upcoming fall! I had been so sure about going to Montevallo since I was a freshmen in high school, but I had changed my mind several times. I had kind of been on the fence about whether or not I should go to a community college for my first two years or just go straight into a university. For some reason, I always seemed to be coming back to the campus and visiting. I fell more and more in love with the university every time I visited. I saw what my classes would look like, met some current students, and had literally planned so many campus visits I couldn't even count how many times. I purchased so many U of M t-shirts, and hoodies it was ridiculous! And all of the time I kept going back in forth on which school to attend, I realized that I HAD to go to the U of M! Otherwise, why would I have gone so crazy over them?  I am so excited!  I couldn't be happier about being a freshmen at the U of M! I plan to live at home  and commute back and forth to school! I am attending the university's famous College Night February 11! I am super excited about that as well! Montevallo better get ready for me, because I am on my way! Also, I love that I am already saying this.....don't laugh....

Cookies, Chase, and Champions!

So last night Chase and I watched the National Championship game at his house with his parents! We had so much fun! We started off the night by baking some sugar cookies.

I didn't get any pictures of the cookies because ..... they turned out awful!
I think Chase and I both need to take a cooking class or we will be eating take out for the rest of our lives! The cookies had no bottom to them. They were completely hollow in the middle. It was pretty funny, we laughed so hard when we got them out of the oven. We let them cool and then we picked one up, and we look at each other at the same time like, "what happened??" It was hilarious!
So while our cookies were just hanging out in the kitchen, because everyone refused to eat them, (even Chase and I),  we watched the National Championship game! It was a great night and even though our cookies didn't turn out so well, we still had fun taking pictures and laughing our heads off!

anniversary!

Yesterday was nine months that Chase and I have been dating. Nine months may not seem like a long time, but honestly it has felt like a lifetime, and I have enjoyed every minute of it! So I thought I would start by explaining how the little things in life can mean the most, and how these little things that I love about Chase make everyday wonderful!

I love the way Chase laughs.
I love the faces he makes.
I love the way he grabs my hand when I least expect it, and it gives me chills.
I love how he has this soft little snore when he falls asleep.
I love how our favorite thing to do is just to sit down and talk and eat.
I love how he is so driven and smart in so many ways.
I love how we plan everything: like what our house will look like someday.
I love how he says the exact same thing to me every night before we get off the phone.
I love how in the past nine months we have seen each other every single day.
I love how he smiles and winks, and how he dances.
I love the way he gives sweet kisses.
I love how funny he is, and how no matter what the situation, he can make me laugh.
and most of all, I love the way he tells me he loves me!

I love you so much! I can not imagine one day without you in my life.
You mean the whole world to me Chase Gannon!

This is the quote I told you on your 18th birthday, and I am saying it again now...

"If you live to be a hundred,
I want to live to be a hundred minus one day so I never have to live without you."
